Position Overview

DB Global Technology, Inc. seeks an Assistant Vice President in Cary, NC to participate in the full application development lifecycle for the development of Java applications, Microservices, and reusable
components to support overall business objectives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience migrating applications to Spring Boot, Kafka, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, and Liquibase; developing and integrating Kafka event sourcing for realtime data processing; designing and deploying containerized applications using Docker, orchestrated with Kubernetes and OpenShift for optimized scalability; creating and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins; integrating Spring Security to ensure secure authentication and authorization; conducting rigorous unit and integration testing and automating workflows using JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber; integrating Keycloak authentication to ensure secure user access and identity management; architecting and developing RESTful APIs and microservices to streamline automation processes and efficiently handle high-volume
transactions; and optimizing database performance for MySQL and Oracle to reduce query execution time and improve system response. Salary range: $140,000.00 - $165,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
