Danske Bank is seeking a dedicated and proactive Team Leader to join our Cash Management Services Department and lead the Cross Border Outgoing and Manual Payments team. This team plays a vital role in ensuring seamless outgoing payment processing and inquiry resolution, and as a Team Leader, you will oversee a group of skilled professionals.
The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).
 

You will:

    Inspire, support, and develop your team members to unlock their full potential and reach individual and team goals
    Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment and collaboration
    Oversee and optimise workflows to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely handling of manual payments and inquiries
    Maintain high standards by monitoring performance, implementing improvements, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
    Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement

About you:

    Demonstrated experience and/or strong knowledge of Cross Border payment flows and endtoend payment processing (Clearings, Swift, etc.)
    23 years of experience in leading and motivating teams, ideally within payment operations
    Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the payments area professionally towards internal and external counterparts
    Organised and detailoriented, with a focus on delivering highquality results in a highvolume operational payments environment
    Ability to handle changes and effectively manage priorities in a high-volume payments landscape
    Advanced English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3040 EUR to 4560 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
