Full Job Description
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Are you interested in contributing to delivering the best customer experience for Danske Banks largest corporate customers? Do you want to gain insights into the services used by corporate clients and learn how they are managed? We offer an opportunity to join our team and assist our customers in efficiently using our cash management services.
As part of our team, youll handle tasks related with cash management products, including investigation, data analysis, overviews, collaboration with different colleagues within the bank.
You will have the opportunity to work on some of the biggest banking projects, improve processes, explore automation solutions, challenge existing procedures, and continually develop your skills.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for maternity cover (expected duration: around 14 months)
You will:
- Deliver service related with cash management products for corporate customers from 7 different countries
- Address and resolve issues and daily ad-hoc requests to ensure a positive customer experience
- Collaborate closely with advisor and cash management teams, provide consultations and optimize solutions for customers
- Ensure high-quality processes delivery and continuously seek opportunities to improve or automate them according to Lean principles
- Be part of different banks projects and initiatives related with cash management products
About you:
- Previous banking experience in cash management/ liquidity management field
- Critical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Able to see a bigger picture and connect the dots while still focusing on high quality and accuracy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Great time management skills
- Proactive and curious, willing to challenge processes

Monthly salary range from 1880 EUR to 2820 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
