Full Job Description

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a team supporting large and mid-sized corporate lending across the Danske Bank Group. You will create syndicated agent loans in the Loan Administration System and administer them throughout their lifecycle, based on information and requests received from Loan Agents and customers.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, customers and other banks, and make day-to-day decisions to keep processes running smoothly. The Loan Agency Administration team supports not only corporate loans but also related products - giving you opportunities to broaden your expertise. You will also help maintain high process quality by continuously identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to our Lean culture.

You will: 

  • Deliver accurate, timely information, data and reports
  • Provide effective internal and external customer service
  • Monitor and follow up on financial ratios based on companies financial statements
  • Review procedures regularly and propose improvements
  • Maintain Danske Bank committed lending internal lines, commitments and collateral records (including value updates)
  • Drive continuous improvements through daily processes and Lean ways of working
  • Identify, assess and escalate potential risks in the end-to-end process, and implement mitigation actions
  • Facilitate meetings and coordination with stakeholders and counterparties
  • Support team priorities by taking on additional tasks related to day-to-day operations and contributing to projects and initiatives

About you: 

  • 2+ years of experience in banking operations or a related area (corporate lending experience is an advantage)
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-first mindset
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to prioritise and deliver in a busy environment
  • A customer-oriented approach: you understand customer needs and proactively identify improvements to the customer experience
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication (in English) and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work with large volumes of information
  • The confidence to challenge the status quo and drive better ways of working
  • A strong sense of ownership and the ability to optimise and improve processes end-to-end

Monthly salary range: from 2640 EUR to 3960 EUR gross (based on competencies relevant to the role).
