- Continuously improve ways of working across squads and tribes
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, UX designers, software engineers, and other architects
- Identify and integrate AI and generative AI capabilities where they create clear business and customer value
About you:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; AWS, TOGAF, or similar certifications are a plus
- Solution architecture experience on a scale, including hands-on work and a strong understanding of cloud technologies (private/public), standards, and operational setup
- Extensive experience with modern application development (e.g., .NET and/or Java with Spring Boot) and microservices-based architecture
- Practical experience with domain modeling and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence decisions across teams
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional setups and enabling teams through pragmatic standards and governance
- Strong focus on operational readiness, security, and quality (e.g., resilience, monitoring/observability, and incident learning)
- Experience with generative AI concepts and tooling (e.g., model APIs, embeddings, vector databases)
