Support testing activities, including preparation of test scenarios, UAT/SIT, defect clarification, and validation with business users.
Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, architects, and vendors while maintaining clear documentation and traceability across source materials, requirements, process steps, and validation outcomes.
About You :
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in complex business or IT transformation environments.
- Solid understanding of business process analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
- Experience in workflow-driven systems (e.g., BPMN/Camunda) and end-to-end process design
- Ability to analyze structured and unstructured documentation such as SOPs, decision sheets, process manuals, Excel files, and business rules.
