Join Danske Banks newest and most innovative tribe, where we are shaping the future of enterprise workflows and AI-driven automation. Our tribe develops and maintains the Group-wide workflow and case handling platform, leveraging a build once, use many times approach to power and automate critical processes across the organisation.
We are seeking an experienced business analyst for our Workflow and Task Management squad. This team focuses on developing reusable backend components and supporting customer journeys in their implementation. Collaborating closely with two other squads delivering reusable capabilities, the teams mission is to maximise reusability, accelerate delivery speed and drive alignment on standards across stakeholders.
Our tribe consists of a diverse group of professionals located across Lithuania, Denmark, Finland and India. The squad builds agentic automation solutions using workflow orchestration, AI agents and integration layers. You will work closely with other squads in the tribe while engaging directly with users of your solutions, including other development tribes and the service organisations end users.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to innovation, standardisation and new ways of working, all while collaborating with a dedicated team of developers, analysts and architects.
You Will:
- Drive identification and structuring of automation opportunities within complex, ambiguous business processes
- Translate business needs into clear, end-to-end agentic solutions across workflows, APIs and AI agents
- Facilitate alignment across business, risk, legal and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and sign-off
- Coordinate cross-squad dependencies, integrations and delivery across systems and services
- Support and coordinate risk, compliance and governance processes required for production deployment
- Write high-quality user stories, define acceptance criteria and contribute to backlog prioritisation and refinement.
About You :
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable requirements and solutions
- Background working in complex, cross-system environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Proven stakeholder management and facilitation skills across business, IT, risk and compliance functions
- Knowledge of workflow-driven systems (e.g. BPMN/Camunda) and end-to-end process design
- Familiarity with APIs, system integrations and data flows across multiple platforms
- Track record of working with, or strong interest in, AI-driven or automation solutions (agent-based, decision support or similar)
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with ability to challenge unclear requirements and drive alignment to decision
- Advanced English language skills
