Are you committed to delivering high-quality IT solutions? Are you thorough, methodical, and knowledgeable about digital product delivery? Do you have a strong interest in operating critical systems and ensuring quality solutions?

If so, you may be the candidate we are looking for.

Join a key tribe within Danske Bank that welcomes customers and provides product orchestration services across customer journeys. Our ambition is to transform the onboarding experience and further drive the digitalisation of the bank. We develop IT solutions that support customers across all journeys by enabling fast, transparent, and actionable ordering of banking products.

In this role, you will take on exciting challenges in one of the most digitalised financial institutions in the Nordics. You will have a high degree of responsibility, work in an agile environment, and have plenty of room to take initiative and make an impact.

You will be part of both a squad and the Business & Functional Specialist Chapter - a community of skilled business analysts committed to delivering solutions that meet business needs and maintain high quality. As an active chapter member, you will contribute to continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and the spread of best practices across the tribe and wider organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Become part of a strong domain that provides capabilities across our customer onboarding journeys and owns several IT solutions that play an important role in the banks digital strategy
  • Drive the maintenance and incident handling of existing services, as well as the analysis and requirements specification for new features and strategic initiatives, while acting as a link between our consumers, business units, and the squad
  • Work with both customer- and advisor-facing solutions, as well as orchestration layers such as APIs
  • Support the Product Owner and the squad in continuously assessing and challenging our strategy and ways of working
  • Collaborate closely with other squads in the domain to achieve shared strategic goals

About you:

  • Your greatest assets are your drive, yes, we can attitude, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to self-organise and work autonomously. You are comfortable acting quickly, doing things differently, and learning from failure
  • You have a technical interest in system and process interactions and in maintaining solutions, and you are comfortable taking responsibility for the domain
  • In addition, your ability to put customers and users first, collaborate with different types of people, challenge ideas, and continuously learn is essential
  • You have at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in domains such as product delivery
  • You have a good knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams
  • Strong communication skills in English

Owning and developing services that are integral to the future of welcoming new customers - come join us in this endeavour.

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on competencies relevant to the role).

Additionally, each Danske Bank employee receives an employee benefits package, which includes:

  • Growth opportunities: a professional and supportive team, e-learning, development programmes (including professional certificates) and 100+ professions for internal mobility opportunities.
