Contributing to the implementation of regulatory requirements related to recorded communications, including GDPR and other data protection obligations.
Working closely with IT, Compliance, Legal, HR, and Front Office to support implementation of changes, resolve issues, and ensure robust end-to-end processes.
Identifying opportunities to improve existing processes, controls, and documentation within recorded communications.
