Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Leasing & Factoring Operations team works with both Personal and Business Customers, so from assisting personal customers to supporting businesses, youll work on a range of interesting tasks with varying complexity.
We provide our services for customers from various Scandinavian countries, and we collaborate with teams across Denmark, Finland, Sweden and beyond, giving the role a truly global character, right here in Lithuania. Your day would mainly consist of handling financing and administration tasks related to factoring agreements and collaborating with colleagues here in Lithuania and internationally.

Our office is in Vilnius, but we value flexibility and work-life balance, so we offer the possibility of a hybrid work setup (no less than 3 days in the office).
You will:
- Take care of financing and administration tasks of new and existing Working capital (factoring) agreements
- Handle incoming payments related to the factoring and other internal, external or technical enquiries
- Check account balances and identify discrepancies
- Resolve issues and handle daily ad-hoc requests to ensure positive possible customer experience
- Work with the banks internal and external systems, ensuring high-quality and accurate inputs and outputs
- Maintain process quality while consistently seeking opportunities to improve or automate workflows using tools like Robotics or Lean methodologie
- Take part in various initiatives and projects that drive innovation and operational excellence
- Support and contribute to process optimisation or simplification efforts to enhance overall efficiency
- Act as a trusted partner in cross-market collaboration, cultivating strong relationships to deliver seamless solutions
About you:
- 1+ year of experience in an operational or administrative/back-office field
- Accounting or Working capital experience would be a beneficial asset
- Ability to operate effectively and deliver results in a diverse environment with shifting priorities
- Customer oriented, focused on high quality and accuracy
- Team player and goal-oriented
- High collaboration and communications skills
- Proactive learner and process innovator
- Upper-Intermediate English language skills in writing, speaking, and understanding

Monthly salary range from 1520 EUR to 2280 EUR gross (based on competencies relevant to the role).
