Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Do you see yourself being a key person delivering payment-related solutions for corporate and private customers in all Danske Bank branches?

From an out-tasking model approach, our department evolved into a set of competence centres with end-to-end process ownership, a business mandate, and a direct impact on the customer experience. There you will be a part of a key strategic hub responsible for a broad range of banking operations, professional services, business support functions, and front-end product development.

We are a group of motivated and engaged employees, located in the newest and most modern Meadow building in Danske Campus, Vilnius. Our focus is on delivering great results and a high-quality customer experience and creating a great atmosphere based on values and openness within the team.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

*This position is temporary, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. 
 

You will

  • Handle various tasks related to payments requests
  • Deal with requests received from Danish colleagues (mostly in a written form)
  • Take responsibility for maintaining high-quality services for our customers
  • Handle daily communication with our stakeholders
  • Elaborate on process improvement (lean, robotics, automatization)
  • Manage workflow according to established deadlines
     

About you

  • Danish language skills (B2 level) (for which you will receive a monthly language allowance, that depends on your language knowledge level)
  • Previous experience working with operations or administrative tasks (would be beneficial)
  • Strong focus on teamwork
  • Upper-intermediate English language skills
  • Focus on high quality and accuracy
  • Customer focus with a can-do mindset
  • Attention to detail with the ability to navigate in timely sensitive situations
     

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1520 EUR to 2280 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
