Full Job Description

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

As a Loan Administration Professional, you will be part of a team that supports medium and large corporate customers throughout the Danske Bank Group. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and timely loan administration, handling complex products, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization and banking network. This role involves managing end-to-end loan administration tasks, focusing on operational execution, ownership, quality, and continuous improvement. 

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for maternity cover (expected duration: around 24 months)

You will:

  • Manage daily loan administration activities, including rollovers, new drawdowns and fee administration
  • Reconcile loan and internal accounts and investigate discrepancies
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and other banks
  • Provide accurate and timely information, data and reports
  • Deliver high
    quality internal and external customer service
  • Review, maintain and improve processes as part of daily work
  • Actively drive improvements and a Lean mindset
  • Identify risks across the end
    to
    end process and propose practical solutions
  • Be prepared for planned overtime during quarter
    end periods

About you:

  • At least 2 years of experience in banking operations or a relevant field
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, supporting both team and organizational goals
  • Ability to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Confidence in working with multiple stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with large volumes of information
  • An interest in continuous improvement and finding smarter ways of working
  • A proactive mindset, with ownership of tasks and processes
  • Upperintermediate English skills, written and spoken

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2200 EUR to 3300 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
