Full Job Description
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to transform strategy into execution, drive alignment across stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes across multiple technology and business domains.
Our purpose: To orchestrate TECH-led transformation through centralized governance, enhanced transparency and optimized delivery ensuring TECH priorities are aligned with business objectives and customer value through unified portfolio management.
The TECH Transformation Office team is part of the TECH domain and currently consists of 20 employees with different backgrounds and profiles, so we can supplement each other within the project management space. Together, we have expertise, knowledge, best practices and a strong toolbox within project management, so we can join any strategic initiative, project or programme requiring our expertise.
The team is based on two locations in Denmark and Vilnius. The team consist of many different profiles, e.g., a project and change managers and consultants.
As a team we have a very significant collaboration both within the team and with our stakeholders. We support each other and use each other for sparring and feedback, so we reach our goals. We have a strategic, long-term view on things, but we are also all very hands-on, execute, and make things happen. We deliver high quality, and we are pragmatic and find solutions.
You will:
- Be allocated to one of our strategic initiative and work side by side with the rest of the team ensuring we deliver on our overall commitments and project milestones
- Establish, deliver and implement on the project management plan and activities for the strategic initiative
- Ensure good collaboration with the rest of the team in the strategic initiative
- Collaborate with the rest of the organisation to ensure local ownership, anchoring and engagement
- Ensure alignment with the overall TECH Transformation Office Project Management strategy and plan
About you:
- Practical experience within Tech Project Management and focus on this area
Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent) is required for this role.
- Able to manoeuvre in a large organisation, understand complex things fast and get your message through all levels, while gaining support to your agenda from stakeholders to take ownership of the transformation
- Solid stakeholder management skills (ideally also have experience with senior leaders; can facilitate meetings and discussions with various stakeholders, and get everybody to common ground)
- Solid communication and presentation skills both in verbal and writing (using tools such as Power point, SharePoint and Confluence)
- Thrive in a fast environment with some level of uncertainty
- Take ownership, deliver and get things done
- Great team member with good energy and positive attitude
- Upper-Intermediate English language skills
This position can be located both in Denmark and Lithuania. If the position is located in Lithuania, the salary range will be from 3280 EUR to 4920 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
