Are you passionate about agile leadership and ready to drive customer impact through trusted and frictionless credit processes? We are looking for a Cluster Lead to join Credit Journey Tribe (CJT) and play a pivotal role in developing 1st in class IT solutions by taking leadership of a cluster of cross-functional squads delivering key outcomes.

Lead the cluster. Shape the journey
As Cluster Lead in CJT, you will set direction and ensure coordinated delivery across a cluster of several squads. You will lead through other leaders (e.g., Product Owners/Chapter Leads) and collaborate closely with key stakeholders across business and IT to ensure alignment on priorities, outcomes, risk, and compliance. You will be accountable for creating clarity of purpose, enabling high performance, and contributing to the wider tribe strategy and culture.
What you will drive:
- Set the strategic direction for the cluster and translate tribe priorities into clear outcomes, plans, and coordinated deliveries.
- Lead and develop Product Owners and other leaders in the cluster, building strong capability, clarity, and accountability.
- Support continuous improvement in agile ways of workingensuring that what we commit to what we deliver.
- Align and prioritise work in a complex stakeholder landscape, balancing customer value, commercial agenda, compliance, and technical health.
- Own and communicate an inspiring cluster roadmap and manage dependencies and escalations across squads and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
Cultivate a culture of trust, empowerment, inclusion, and high performancecelebrating successes and learning from setbacks.

- Proven leadership experience in an agile environment, preferably leading leaders and multiple teams/squads.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to create alignment across business and IT.
- Ability to set direction, prioritise effectively, and communicate with clarityespecially in complex environments with dependencies.
- A servant leadership mindset with focus on empowering teams, building trust, and developing people.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end customer journeys and delivery of high-quality solutions in a regulated environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
