Full Job Description
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Do you want to take part in retaining our position of being #1 in customer experience in the Nordics? You have an opportunity to become a part of the team, directly supporting Nordic corporate & institutional customers of the Danske Bank Group.
As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for delivering professional customer service on daily banking inquiries, including cash management, liquidity management, and many more.
The ideal candidate would have experience in cash management related fields and/or working with LC&I customers. However, you will have an opportunity to learn about the value chain, including Danske Banks offering to our largest institutional and corporate customers. You will work closely with colleagues in your customer team, supporting them and delivering high quality day-to-day client support in areas such as Liquidity management, Credit products, Online banking platform District, Accounts, Transactions, Client on-boarding, KYC, and more. You will be responsible for servicing international customers whilst establishing and maintaining close relationship with both Danske Bank customers and internal stakeholders.
You will:
Take end-to-end ownership of your tasks, be service-minded and be willing to work effectively to give the customer a great customer experience
Manage various types of risks: credit risk, conduct risk and controls, etc.
Be able to navigate in a complex organization without strict operational procedures to get customer queries solved in a timely and efficient manner
Be a sparring partner to our internal stakeholders to optimize our customer solutions
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
About you:
Experience from the financial sector working in cash management or related fields (financial analyst, treasury function, audit etc.) or with large corporates and institutions
Motivated and customer-oriented mindset
Focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences
Great skills in collaboration and coordination in a complex and international environment
Motivated, with the ability to work in a self-sustained manner
Advanced English communication skills, both oral and written

Monthly salary range from 2160 EUR to 3240 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
