Your role
As a Client Manager within Retail & Consumer Products at Capgemini Sweden, you will play a key role in driving growth in one of our strategic priority industries. You will combine deep industry expertise with a strong commercial mindset to identify, shape and close high-value opportunities, while contributing to the overall market strategy.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Driving new business development within Retail & Consumer Products, from opportunity identification to deal closure
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Leading complex, high-value sales processes and shaping compelling client value propositions
- Contributing to Capgemini Swedens CPR growth strategy and market positioning
Your profile
- Extensive experience in business development within consulting, IT services, or a commercial leadership role
- Strong background within Retail and/or Consumer Products, with solid understanding of industry dynamics and value chains
- Proven track record of successful sales, including managing complex deals and engaging with C-level stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen combined with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach
