As Chapter Lead you will work closely with end users, get hands-on exposure to the major GenAI providers and their latest developments, and collaborate in a set-up split between Denmark and Indiaan environment designed for learning fast and building at scale.

 

Furthermore, you will; 

 

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of developers specialising in AI, agentic workflows and machine learning.

• Dedicate time to hands-on development, working on innovative solutions and AI-powered tools and agentic flows.

• Drive the skill development of team members in areas such as AI, agentic flows and protocols.

• Provide technical guidance to AI engineers and full-stack developers, creating a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration

• Collaborate with wide group of stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver business value

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI and apply them to solve complex business challenges

 

What we imagine you bring

 

• Solid industry experience in software engineering

• Leadership experience, with experience in mentoring and developing technical teams

• Experience with building agentic AI solutions and/or machine learning development.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex problems

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams across diverse locations.

• A proactive, self-driven mindset, with the ability to perform both independently and as part of a team
