Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
In Wealth Planning & Investments Tribe we make it easy for customers to invest and empower advisors to offer best-in-class investment advice through simple, high-quality solutions. All development-related work regarding investments and wealth planning in Danske Bank is owned by our Tribe with around 200 members located in three countries (Denmark, Lithuania and India). All work in the Tribe is organized into squads cross-functional teams of about ten people from business and IT working on a specific mission.

In Wealth Planning & Investments Tribe we make investments easy and engaging for everyone.
We are currently recruiting for a couple of squads, therefore we will be looking for the best match between squads and candidates, based on the type of work done in the squad and the candidates skills, experience and preferences.
The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

This role does not include a relocation allowance.
You will:
- Drive initiatives and tasks end-to-end
- Engage and facilitate meetings with a lot of different stakeholders across different lines of business
- Propose and write Epics and User Stories to capture requirements and translate them into development tasks
- Review and test the ideas, mock-ups and developed solutions to make sure they are of good quality and create the intended value
- Act as a sparring partner for other teams on questions around your squads priorities and backlog items
- Create, draw and document process flows, maps and diagrams
- Review market trends and external solutions to define business opportunities for our retail investment area
About you:
- 1+ years experience as a business analyst or a management/IT consultant
- Good understanding of and expertise in investment domain and related banking areas
- Have understanding of IT processes and architecture
- Have strong attention to details and ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks and deliverables
- Excited about exploring new areas and engaging with a lot of different stakeholders to understand, assess and define business needs, processes and requirements
- Proactive, structured, collaborative, and focused on agreed actions and deliveries, with interpersonal skills, a true team player mindset, and a desire to learn and see the world from a customers perspective
- Have advanced written and verbal communication skills in English

Monthly salary range from 2600 EUR to 3900 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
