The primary responsibilities include performing Independent Price Verification (IPV), calculating and verifying Valuation Adjustments, conducting Fair Value Levelling for inventory controlled, and owning or contributing to reporting, analytical, and project-related tasks. The role requires working closely with Front Office and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding and proper resolution of valuation issues.
Required experience includes a university or college degree in economics, finance, mathematics, or a similar relevant discipline. Candidates should have knowledge of, or demonstrated interest in, capital markets products such as Equities, Bonds, Commodities, FX, Options, Swaps, Futures, and Forwards. Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel (with VBA and Python being advantageous), is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, attention to detail, and a control-focused mindset are crucial.
