Job Overview
What would you do as a Senior Business Analyst?
- Participate in business change requests, system developments projects within the Investor Services Portfolio Management & Change Governance team
- Perform process analysis and design solutions in response to client or operational needs
- Analyse data and create meaningful management metrics and data insights
- Deliver business requirements, prepare testing plans and execute/oversee testing
- Co-operate closely with business stakeholders in hand with our Product, Technology partners and our clients, whilst ensuring the right infrastructure to align our vision and strategic goals
- Take proactive actions targeted at minimizing and mitigating implementation & projects risk
- Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation in coming up with solutions
- Perform root cause analysis of common operational problems
What do you need to become our Senior Business Analyst?
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, experience of delivering change within the Fund Services or Custody industry an advantage
- Excellent data analysis skills with deep experience of reporting & dashboard creation using Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, etc)
- Strong command of portfolio management and development tracking tools, in particular Jira
- Very good command of English
- Excellent communication and stakeholders management skills
- Attention to detail
- Proactive, self-starter with ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Knowledge of MS Suite of applications a must, including MS Visio
