Job Overview

Export Collection Process Analyst role is to provide high quality service to our internal and external customers by ensuring that their expectations are continually met, offering uniformly high standards as well as support the expansion of the Trade business

Key responsibilities:

• Understand and comply with all internal rules/policies and procedures and also with applicable requirements

• Ensure correct and complete screening of trade finance and trade service transactions, according with all applicable policies                                            

• Ensure correct booking of trade finance and Trade Service  transactions according to applicable policies and procedures

• Monitor of due contracts

• Perform daily and monthly controls and internal reporting for processed transactions

• Report and document any exception, nonstandard item

• Produce reports/dashboards to monitor projects quality and progress ,

• Coordinate internal stakeholders

Experience and skills:

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Good time management and prioritization skills

• Analytical skills

• Flexibility, adaptability coupled with planning and organizational skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office and commonly used tools and systems

• Attention to detail

• VBA skills will be an additional advantage

• Experience with SWIFT massages will be an asset
