Make an impact in a fast-paced operations team where accuracy, control and client outcomes matter. You will build end-to-end knowledge across cash services, lending operations and supply chain finance processes while partnering with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology and global Operations. You will strengthen the control environment and help reduce operational risk through disciplined execution and continuous improvement. You will also gain career development through exposure to multiple products, processes and senior stakeholders.

As a Payment Lifecycle Analyst in Treasury Services Operations, you will process and monitor transactions across cash services and lending operations and provide backup support for supply chain finance activity. You will complete daily controls, reconcile accounts, investigate exceptions and escalate issues to resolution. You will contribute to accurate reporting and provide operational metrics that support team performance and risk management. Job responsibilities

  • Process social security and tax payments, court orders and garnishments in line with procedures and controls.
  • Reconcile accounts, investigate breaks and drive timely resolution of exceptions. 
  • Complete daily control checklists and maintain appropriate evidence. 
  • Provide operational metrics and reporting to management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Support lending operations processes by receiving, storing and tracking lending notifications and documentation.
  • Provide data inputs to support regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring completeness and data quality. 
  • Process supply chain finance activity as backup support, including discount transactions, invoice cancellations and manual file uploads. 
  • Register and maintain documentation for supplier agreements and escalate missing or incomplete information.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to communicate status, resolve issues and support end-to-end process execution. 
  • Participate in meetings and calls, providing clear updates and escalating risks and breaks appropriately. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen controls, supporting implementation of enhancements. 
  • Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Fluency (written and spoken) in Spanish and English. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook. 
  • Ability to manage deadlines, prioritise tasks and deliver accurately in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong attention to detail and control-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
