Job Overview

The Employee Relations Associate Analyst is responsible for providing internal investigation case management support through all phases of Employee Relations investigations, under the supervision of an Employee Relations Lead Investigator and in coordination with the Employee Relations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for entering new cases and updating status on existing cases related to each investigation/matter into the Employee Relations case management database (e.g. Service Now/SNOW, CMS)
  • Assists in the preparation of investigation plans
  • Gathers and analyses data, which may include emails, compensation, performance management, diversity, and staffing information, relevant to an investigation
  • Participates in and takes notes during investigative interviews with employees
  • Works closely with and assists Employee Relations team members responsible for reporting on portfolio of work
  • May participate in project work as needed

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience (preferred) related to HR, ER
  • Experience in investigation support or related work (preferred)
  • Proven work ethic and ability to self-start
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgment and discretion with respect to handling sensitive/highly confidential information
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data base entry skills a must

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience (preferred
