Job description
A graduate analyst role in Corporate Banking at Citi's Global Subsidiaries Group (GSG) in Switzerland, focusing on serving top multi-national corporate clients through financial analysis, relationship management, and strategic financial solutions.
As a GSG Analyst, you will drive client dialogue on complex financial issues including treasury, working capital, liability management, liquidity strategies, and corporate finance. You'll conduct comprehensive financial and risk analysis, support deal structuring, and work closely with product and network partners to execute corporate banking strategies.
Candidates must be in their final year of university or recently graduated with a 2:1 (or equivalent) degree, demonstrating strong academic performance. Required skills include commitment to personal growth, strong communication and organizational abilities, and a genuine interest in understanding the financial industry. Knowledge of the global business landscape is beneficial but not mandatory.
Citi offers a comprehensive training program starting with initial training in Switzerland, followed by an in-depth six to eight-week program in London. The role provides competitive compensation, a hybrid working model, potential international rotations, and opportunities for significant career development within a global banking environment.
