| About the Role We are looking for a dedicated IT Hardware Asset Management Engineer to support a major client environment managing approximately 4,0005,000 Configuration Items (CIs), primarily hardware assets and accessories. This role focuses heavily on Hardware Asset Management (HAM) using ServiceNow, ensuring accurate tracking, lifecycle governance, warranty and vendor coordination, stock visibility, forecasting, audit readiness, and compliance. You will maintain data integrity in the CMDB, handle day-to-day operational tasks, and contribute to process efficiency in a large-scale IT environment aligned with ITIL principles. |
Job Description - Grade Specific
