- Foundational understanding of technology assets and how they are used across enterprise environments
- Experience supporting technology asset lifecycle activities, including working with asset registers or configuration management databases (CMDB data)
- Exposure to process mapping, data analysis, process improvement or problem solving activities
- Ability to prepare clear, structured reporting or documentation, with strong attention to detail and an inquisitive, collaborative approach
- ITIL certification (v3 or ITIL 4), or experience working within ITILaligned service or asset management environments.
