Your Role
We are looking for an experienced UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) Consultant with strong expertise in UKG Pro / Workforce Management (WFM) modules.
- Lead and support UKG Pro / UKG WFM implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Design, configure, and test UKG business processes
- Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation
- Manage integrations between UKG and thirdparty systems (ERP, Benefits, Payroll vendors)
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Prepare functional/technical documentation and user guides
Your Profile
- 4+ years of handson experience in UKG / Kronos implementations
- Strong knowledge of UKG Pro or UKG Workforce Management (WFM)
- Experience in Payroll, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, or Absence modules
- Good understanding of HR and payroll business processes
- Experience with UKG configurations, rules, and workflows
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills
- Experience working in implementation and support projects
