Your Role

• Lead and coordinate a team of Customer Service Representatives in Supply Chain,
ensuring accurate execution of order processing;
• Monitor daily service levels and team KPIs, addressing operational issues aligned with
the Service Delivery Lead;
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members;
• Serve as the first escalation point for operational issues, resolving them with crossfunctional teams;
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external requirements;
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce errors;
• Coordinate workload planning and resource allocation for smooth operations.

Your Profile

• Experience in Order Management, or Supply Chain operations;
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field;
• Knowledge of export processes, documentation, and basic finance;
• Strong people-management and motivational skills;
• Good analytical and organizational abilities;
• Proactive, solution-driven mindset with adaptability.
