Your role
The Tax Manager Tax & Statutory Delivery is responsible for overseeing tax compliance and statutory reporting delivery for a multinational external client within a complex, multiprovider outsourcing environment.
The role combines people leadership, handson tax and statutory accounting oversight, governance of an external Managed Service Provider, and strong clientcentric stakeholder management. The Tax Manager acts as a key integrator between internal delivery teams, external providers, and client stakeholders, while rolemodelling the companys values and ways of working.
The role leads a team of approximately 5 professionals and reports to the Lead of Tax & Statutory Delivery.
Your tasks
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of tax/statutory professionals
- Own delivery of tax compliance and statutory reporting across assigned entities
- Oversee external providers, monitor KPIs, timelines, and quality
- Resolve delivery issues and manage escalations
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of tax and statutory accounting, including income tax accounting and key reconciliations
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as the main operational contact
- Provide clear delivery status reporting and support audits, transitions, and process improvements
- Role model company values and foster a collaborative, performancedriven culture
Your profile
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or equivalent experience
- 69 years experience in tax/statutory accounting in an international environment
- Proven people management experience
- Strong knowledge of tax accounting and statutory reporting
- Experience with outsourced/shared service models
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- ERP and advanced Excel skills
- Fluent English
- Nice to have: SSC/BPO or multinational experience, multicountry exposure, professional qualification (e.g. ACCA)
