Your role

Are you a university student eager to kickstart your career? Do you have a people-oriented mindset, value delivering high quality work and motivated to learn more about Talent Acquisition? Then you might be our new Talent Acquisition Student Assistant starting in the Summer of 2026. Talent Acquisition plays a crucial role in shaping the success of our organization, and in this student position as an Associate Recruitment Consultant at Capgemini, you will gain hands-on experience with recruitment in a global IT consulting company. You will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and the team, supporting activities across the full recruitment lifecycle. This role offers valuable practical experience while allowing you to build skills that complement your studies.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate search, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and review recruitment data to ensure accuracy and compliance in our systems.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives, such as planning and participating in university career days and engaging with students.
  • Be responsible for various recruitment projects and initiatives.

Depending on your profile and interests, you will have the opportunity to explore different areas while taking individual responsibility for specific tasks.

Your profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a relevant bachelors or masters degree (e.g. HRM, Psychology, Communication, or similar)
  • You have strong communication skills in both English and Danish, written and spoken
  • Previous recruitment experience is not required; we value curiosity, a people-oriented mindset, and motivation to learn about Talent Acquisition
  • Have a good understanding of IT and are easily introduced to new IT systems
