Import & Export / DRP Planner
Location: Aguascalientes, Mexico (Hybrid work model)

Capgemini is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Import & Export / DRP Planner to support supply chain operations by ensuring efficient product availability across international networks.

Role Summary
The Import & Export / DRP Planner is responsible for translating demand forecasts into actionable supply and distribution plans. This role ensures the timely availability of finished goods by managing import and export requirements, monitoring inventory levels, and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders within the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage distribution and replenishment plans based on demand forecasts
  • Translate demand signals into import and export requirements for sourcing units
  • Monitor inventory levels, shipment status, and order execution to ensure continuity of supply
  • Identify supply risks, including potential stock shortages or excess inventory, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Export teams to align on supply strategies
  • Ensure adherence to inventory policies, lead times, and operational constraints
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational performance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in Supply Planning, DRP, or Import/Export planning roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP (inventory management, purchase orders, and reporting)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in international supply chain environments
  • Knowledge of planning tools such as Kinaxis or similar platforms - preferred but not mandatory
