Job Summary
The Supply Planner plays a key role in optimizing the flow of goods across BPs supply chain. This position ensures efficient distribution, meets export customer demand, and supports cost-effective operations, proactive issue resolution as key contact. The role plays a critical link between supply planning, market planners across affiliates, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive service reliability, rapid response to markets, supports cost-effective operation. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a customer-focused attitude to drive continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply plans that align with business goals and customer expectations.
Lead & attend to export customer inquiries regarding supply and delivery, providing accurate, timely information and resolving issues professionally. Promote customer-centric thinking throughout the planning process to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Lead priorities effectively and demonstrate resilience and self-awareness in a fastpaced environment.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across supply planning, manufacturing planning and export operation and affiliates, to ensure effective execution of supply chain strategies.
Evaluate demand forecasts, export orders trending and production capacities to identify potential supply chain risks and recommend proactive solutions.
Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain, supporting on the new product introduction, product & operation cost competitiveness initiatives for transition.
Supervise and report key supply chain performance metrics, using analytical insights to highlight trends and areas for optimization.
Job Qualifications
Shown experience in supply chain planning and handling of affiliates customers or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with validated skill in conflict management and partner influence.
High resilience, strong self-awareness, and the ability to handle and prioritize a demanding workload.
Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate diverse team dynamics effectively and team work.
Shown commercial foresight and understanding of core business processes.
Customer focused approach with a strong background of handling inquiries and delivering outstanding service.
Demonstrated creativity and innovation in solving problems.
