Your role
As a Senior Consultant focused on HR Q2R processes, you will analyse, design and improve HR service processes, with a strong focus on Employee Experience and HR Helpdesk. You will support HR transformation initiatives by enabling processes with HR service management tools and working closely with HR, business and technology stakeholders to improve efficiency, quality and user experience.
Your tasks
- Assess and analyse HR Q2R processes, especially Employee Experience and HR Helpdesk
- Design and optimize endtoend HR processes aligned with best practices
- Support change management activities (communication, training, adoption)
- Design process documentation, process maps and SOPs
- Work with HR Service Management tools (ServiceNow HRSD, Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Define KPIs and performance metrics for HR processes
- Collaborate with HR, business and technology stakeholders
- Support or lead business development and presales activities
Your profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR transformation, HR operations or HR consulting
- Strong knowledge of HR Q2R / Employee Experience / HR Helpdesk processes
- Practical experience with ServiceNow HRSD, Zendesk, Salesforce or similar tools
- Strong analytical, problemsolving and process thinking skills
- Very good communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in international environments and complex governance models
- Bachelors degree and fluency in English
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
