Your Role

The position is responsible for making policy changes per the CRM request in accordance with the state regulations and business rules. The incumbent should have experience in P&C Auto and should be well versed with the business terminologies and basics of P&C Auto Insurance in US.

  • Process high volume of policy update work coming in from CRM
  • Maintain high quality standard
  • Should be able to interact with our US based clients
  • Can provide training to team members and colleagues as needed

Your Profile

  • 1 3 years experience in the P&C Auto US insurance industry
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple work types
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Experience working with customers digitally
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Superior and demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively in writing
  • Ability to apply initiative and judgment to define and perform complex tasks and see the bigger picture
  • Excellent team player; proven ability to apply innovative ideas and critical thinking
  • Minimum bachelors degree
  • Good communication skills verbal and written
