What youll do?
- We are seeking a Senior Production Support Analyst with strong experience supporting web and mobile applications in production environments.
- This role requires deep hands on expertise in production monitoring, incident management, and observability tools (especially Dynatrace), with a proactive mindset focused on preventing issues-not just reacting to incidents.
- The ideal candidate has a solid technical background in Java and/or Angular, enabling log review, code inspection, and root cause analysis in collaboration with engineering teams to drive permanent and scalable solutions.
