  • Manage end-to-end Problem Management lifecycle (detection, RCA, resolution, closure).
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using methods like 5 Whys and Fishbone.
  • Drive permanent fixes by collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.
  • Analyze incident trends & recurring issues to implement proactive improvements.
  • Ensure ITIL adherence, maintain KEDB, and report insights to stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • 69 years experience in ITIL Problem Management (infra/apps support).
  • Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills for complex issues.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management abilities.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and continuous improvement practices.
