Job Description:

We are seeking a program manager to join the growing product team for Fidelitys private company equity management platform, Fidelity Private Shares, within Fidelity Labs. We are passionate about what we do and build products that tackle real world complexity. Our team delivers innovative technology, robust industry experience and expertise, and seamless service to our customers.

You will work with product management and design colleagues to track and deliver new and evolving solutions. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively will drive success for our business. This opportunity allows you to join a team that prizes innovation, collaboration, and integrity.

Youll be responsible for a range of Program Management activities, including:

  • Managing project timelines and resources to ensure flawless execution

  • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with Product team

  • Coordinating cross-team requests with other groups (e.g. legal, risk, and compliance)

  • Defining processes and set up tools for professional and consistent delivery of work

  • Monitoring risks and addressing potential issues proactively

  • Communicating project status updates to management and relevant collaborators, ensuring transparency and alignment

  • Analyzing project performance and sharing reports to detail the outcomes

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Proven experience in project and program management

  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities

  • Experience with software development processes and methodologies

  • 6+ years of work experience

  • Bachelors degree or higher (or equivalent practical experience)

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-171,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
