Key Resposabilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and transformation of integrated operations (planning, supply chain, and customer service) across LATAM
- Partner with regional and global leadership teams to drive business outcomes and transformation initiatives
- Ensure successful transition and delivery of services aligned with contractual agreements and business expectations
- Drive value creation through continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency
- Own the LATAM P&L for the iOPS operations
- Lead and motivate high-performing teams across multiple countries
- Collaborate across regions to ensure integrated operations and strong partnerships
- Support contract management activities, including negotiations, amendments, SOWs, and work orders
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service delivery standards
- Engage with finance, legal, and cross-functional teams to maximize value delivery
- Oversee reporting, performance tracking, and gain-share validation
- Drive large-scale transformation programs and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and quality
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of leadership experience in Consumer Products, Retail, Consulting, or Business Services
- Strong background in supply chain, planning, and/or commercial operations within CPG
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs with multiple stakeholders
- Experience managing large teams (500+ FTEs) in complex, global environments
- Strong experience working across the Americas and in multicultural settings
- Ability to operate effectively at C-suite level and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience managing complex contracts (consulting, outsourcing, or IT services)
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
