Your role

As a consultant at frog youll work in multidisciplinary teams to solve real business challenges for leading organizations. Youll be a part of a collaborative and vibrant community where business strategy, technology and design come together to reimagine customer experiences and drive lasting transformation.

In this role you will:

  • Develop new strategies, collaborate on innovative business transformations, and implement solutions that deliver measurable impact and long-term growth
  • Working at the intersection for strategy, technology and customer experience, youll bring bold ideas to life from concept to execution.

Your profile

  • Educational background: You hold a masters degree with strong academic results, preferably within business or engineering
  • Years of experience: You have 1- 4+ years of relevant work experience since completing your degree, preferably within management consulting or business transformation.
  • Language skills: You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Skills and mindset: Youre curious, analytical, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You enjoy solving complex challenges and are eager to learn and grow- both independently and as part of a team.
  • Additional merits: International and professional experiences, as well as involvement in extracurricular activities, are considered valuable assets.
