Your role

In this role, you will support everyday business operations by carrying out a range of operational activities. Your work will include processing requests, ensuring data quality, and following established procedures and workflows. Through this role, you will gain insight into how corporate operations work, strengthen your professional competencies, and progressively assume responsibility for your assigned tasks.

Your client

You will work closely with international, French-speaking stakeholders, supporting them through standardized service solutions. Regular client interaction will allow you to gain insight into client needs, service expectations, and professional communication practices, while helping to build reliable, consistent, and trust-based long-term cooperation.

Your tasks

  • Participate in everyday business activities while supporting international clients
  • Apply French language skills in professional business communication (via email and/or phone)
  • Support teams with operational tasks and coordination activities
  • Use internal systems and tools to process information and handle requests
  • Contribute to effective collaboration between clients and internal departments
  • Gain insight into corporate processes and structured ways of working

Your profile

  • Interest in business functions such as Finance, Procurement, HR, or Customer Operations
  • French language skills at B2 level or higher
  • Willingness to begin a career in an international working environment
  • Strong motivation to learn, grow, and gain handson experience
  • Good teamwork skills combined with clear and effective communication
  • English proficiency at least at B1 level
