Your role
As an HR Process Junior Specialist with German, you will manage endtoend recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and preparing offers. Youll maintain ATS data, partner with hiring managers on staffing needs, and advise on selection processes. The role involves building strong business relationships and supporting process improvements. Success requires excellent German and English, HR experience, strong communication, and great organizational skills.
Your tasks
- Handle client queries via phone, chat, email, and case system.
- Administer HR processes and transactions.
- Clarify HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Your profile
- Fluency in German (C1) and good command of English (min. B2)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service orientation and proactive attitude.
- Student status or completed higher education.
- Interest in HR and willingness to grow in this area.
