Your Role

As part of the Intelligent Finance & Accounting Operations (IFAO) practice, you will work as an Associate Consultant supporting global clients in solving complex business and technology challenges. You will help combine finance knowledge, technology, and innovative thinking to drive digital finance transformation. Working alongside experienced consultants and international teams, you will contribute to improvement initiatives, automation-enabled solutions, and the delivery of high-quality consulting outputs for multinational organizations.

Your project

The FTTC program is designed for talented graduates and earlycareer professionals who want to combine technology, finance, and creative problemsolving. You will work on international transformation projects while following a structured development path preparing you for future roles such as consultant, business analyst, project manager, or change manager.

The program starts in September, but recruitment is already underway and places are limitedso dont hesitate to apply.

Your Tasks

• Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges, user needs, and the impact of digital and automation solutions.
• Support project delivery by preparing analyses, presentations, tools, and clear project documentation.
• Participate in technology driven projects, learning how to design and implement automation solutions addressing business problems.
• Help identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and client value.
• Support basic project management activities, including timeline tracking, milestone monitoring, and coordination of tasks.
• Contribute to the creation of transformation assets such as process flows, narratives, and documentation for global initiatives.
• Assist with business development activities by preparing proposal materials and supporting responses to client requests.
• Take part in workshops and client meetings by preparing materials, presenting insights, and supporting facilitation.

Your Profile

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an asset.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent, with the ability to analyze and interpret data, converting it into insight.
• Strong interest in consulting, process improvement, and digital solutions, with a particular curiosity about finance transformation.
• Curiosity or foundational exposure to areas such as programming, automation, systems, or application development is considered a plus, though not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to speak up, ask the right questions, and clearly articulate concepts to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively with data.
• Very good practical knowledge of the full MS Office package, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Experience or strong proficiency in creating presentations, producing clear, visually appealing materials with excellent formatting and strong attention to detail.
