- Experience In implementing and maintaining FICO- Falcon Fraud Manager suite.
- Technical experience to deploy and maintain servers of the Falcon applications like Scoring Server, Couchbase, MUX, Case Manager, Expert.
- Troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve all the Falcon technical issues.
- Experience in upgrading the Falcon applications to latest versions.
- Experience in Falcon BAU/Prod support.
- Good understanding of Fraud/ AML domain
- Falcon certification will add advantage.
