Your role

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert and primary escalation point for complex orders, credit topics, and delivery issues;
  • Handle advanced order validation, special commercial terms, and financial approvals;
  • Coordinate priority deliveries with Logistics and resolve high-impact operational issues;
  • Oversee documentation quality for complex transactions and ensure audit readiness;
  • Monitor high-risk receivables and support Finance in resolving disputes;
  • Lead stock analysis and align with Sales/SCM on inventory optimization.

Your profile

  • Good command of spoken and written English - minimum B2 level;
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service and Order Management
  • Strong O2C, SAP SD, and international trade expertise;
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills;
  • Ability to drive process improvements and support team development;
  • High ownership, accuracy, and decision-making capabilities.
