Capgemini Belgium is looking for a Business Development & Client Manager (Medior/Senior) to join our team and help expand our presence in the Private segment (key & large accounts from the private sector). If youre passionate about building client relationships, identifying business needs, and delivering tailored IT solutions, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
YOUR ROLE
As Business Development & Client Manager focusing on key and large Accounts from the Private sector, you will:
- Engage with clients and prospects to understand their business challenges.
- Propose customized services and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Practice Leaders, Expert Leaders, and the sales team.
- Support consultants during their assignments to ensure client satisfaction.
- Report to the Sales Lead, who will coach and guide you throughout your journey.
What You Bring
- 35 years of experience in sales or account management within IT consulting or technology services.
- Successful track record engaging with large private-sector accounts.
- Demonstrated experience selling fixed-price, managed services, and time & material models.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, IT services, and consulting value propositions.
- Ability to navigate complex environments and influence senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in French or Dutch and professional proficiency in English.
- Proactive, structured, and capable of building long-term strategic partnerships.
