Sogeti Belgium is looking for a Business Development & Client Manager (Medior/Senior) to join our team and help expand our presence in the Mid Market segment. If youre passionate about building client relationships, identifying business needs, and delivering tailored IT solutions, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

YOUR ROLE

As Business Development & Client Manager focusing on Mid-Market, you will:

  • Engage with clients and prospects to understand their business challenges.
  • Propose customized services and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Practice Leaders, Expert Leaders, and the sales team.
  • Support consultants during their assignments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Report to the Sales Lead, who will coach and guide you throughout your journey.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT consultancy sales, preferably in the Belgian Mid Market.
  • Proven success in selling staff augmentation and project-based services.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Aligned with Sogetis values: personal approach, service excellence, and quality delivery.
