Nous sommes à la recherche dun analyste fonctionnel PLM pour joindre notre équipe dynamique. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la conception, de la mise en œuvre et de loptimisation de solutions PLM (3DExperience préféré pour ce poste, mais Teamcenter et Windchill sont aussi acceptés) pour nos clients. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires afin de vous assurer que les implantations PLM sont alignées avec les objectifs daffaires des clients et les meilleures pratiques de lindustrie.
Votre rôle
- Évaluer les capacités PLM et leurs intégrations, les fonctionnalités des systèmes, les outils, les processus actuels, identifier les irritants et élaborer au besoin des modèles de données logiques.
- Recueillir les besoins daffaires (licences, formations, processus touchés, etc.).
- Définir les exigences et les critères de sélection pour trouver un nouvel outil équivalent à implanter dans lenvironnement du client.
- Effectuer des analyses de correspondance entre les processus daffaires et la solution, identifier les écarts et les transmettre à léquipe TI responsable du développement de la solution.
- Cartographier les processus actuels (AS-IS) et définir les scénarios dutilisation.
- Ajuster les processus inefficaces touchés par le changement doutil.
- Effectuer les tests dacceptation et la validation avant les déploiements.
- Offrir la formation sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités et assurer ladhésion des utilisateurs finaux.
- Identifier des opportunités doptimisation, rédiger les processus « to-be » et les exigences du système.
Vos compétences et votre expérience
- Baccalauréat en génie mécanique, informatique ou TI, ou maîtrise en sciences, ou toute équivalence pertinente.
- 3 à 8 ans dexpérience.
- Expérience pratique en analyse fit-gap des fonctionnalités et processus pour les applications utilisées en essais au sol/en vol.
- Compréhension des différents outils de modélisation et danalyse de processus daffaires (requis pour ce poste).
- Expérience pratique générale avec 3DEXPERIENCE/Teamcenter/Windchill.
- Esprit innovateur, proactivité dans lamélioration des processus et la réalisation de projets.
- Excellente communication, esprit déquipe, débrouillardise, sens de lorganisation et bonne gestion du temps.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome avec peu de supervision ou en équipe.
- Attitude « fonceur » et « capable », excellentes habiletés de résolution de problèmes et proactivité dans la recherche de solutions.

About the job youre considering
We are seeking a PLM Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing PLM solutions (3DExperience preferred for the position, but also Teamcenter, Windchill are accepted) for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that PLM implementations align with client business objectives and industry best practices.
Your Role
- Evaluate PLM and its integrations capabilities, systems feature, tools, current process, identify pain points and draft logical data models as necessary
- Gather business needs (licenses, trainings, process impacted, etc.)
- Define requirements and selection criteria to find an equivalent new tool that will be implemented in the client environment.
- Conduct business processes fit-gaps, Identify solution gaps, and help to transmit them to the IT project in charge of developing the solution
- Map AS-IS process and define use-case scenario
- Adjust broken processes impacted by the tool change.
- Conduct acceptance testing and validation before deployments
- Conduct training for new features and get end users onboard
- Identify optimization opportunities, write ‘to-be process, and system requirements
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Computer science/IT, Masters in Science or equivalent
- 3-8 years of experience
- Hands on experience on feature/process level fit-gap analysis for the applications used in Ground/flight testing
- Understanding of different business process modeling and analysis tools is required for this position
- Hands on experience working with 3DEXPERIENCE/Teamcenter/Windchill in general
- Must have an innovative mindset, be proactive in improving processes and driving projects.
- Excellent communicator, team player, resourceful, organized and mindful of time management.
- Being a self-starter, working well with little oversight independently or as a part of a team.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: CAD $62,874 - CAD $147,504/Year
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
