Role Summary:

  • We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong Business Analysis expertise.
  • While the role includes Project Management responsibilities such as project updates and coordination, the primary focus will be acting as a handson Business Analyst.
  • The role involves running projects, investigating issues, coordinating testing, supporting release regressions, and managing deliveries endtoend.
  • Primary focus is Business Analysis, with Project Management as a secondary responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements elicitation and stakeholder discussions.
  • Document functional requirements, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and user stories.
  • Perform AsIs analysis and propose workflow improvements.
  • Investigate system and data issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Coordinate UAT and testing efforts.
  • Support release validation and regression testing.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams.
  • Own and independently run small to midsized projects.
  • Provide project updates, status reports, and risk tracking.
  • Manage dependencies, timelines, and scope.
  • Deliver projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Write complex SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
  • Use Python (preferred) to automate daily Business Analysis activities.
  • Design and visualize APIs, system integrations, and endtoend workflows.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.

Required Experience:

  • Must have domain experience in Capital Markets.
  • Must also have experience in Compliance or Risk Management or Regulatory projects.
  • Strong experience in requirements elicitation, functional documentation, BRDs, and user stories.
  • Strong experience delivering using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in workflow optimization.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Working knowledge of Python.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and design APIs and visualize system workflows.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 73,650 to 99,600

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
