Role purpose:

Provides reward expertise for the development and implementation of related reward programs and solutions. The role has a global remit, with projects in Castrol although country or region work can be part of the role.

Role accountabilities

  • Provide specialist advice and support in the design and implementation of reward programs and solutions that may apply to Castrol globally, across the regions and countries. Lead where required.

  • Deliver to allocated tasks as a member of project team(s)/ad hoc activity squad(s), on an accurate and timely basis.

  • Engage key business and PC&C partners to understand their solution needs and requirements.

  • Gather and analyze internal and external data

  • Ensure solutions are developed and implemented in accordance with Castrol reward & wellbeing processes and policies.

  • Maintain awareness of standard methodology and external market developments globally.

  • Continually develop advising, project management and people management skills.

Experience:

  • Degree or equivalent experience.

  • At least 5 years total rewards experience (in either consulting or corporate role).

Technical

  • Demonstrable background in total rewards, including the delivery of related solutions in a client facing environment.

  • Solid knowledge of the regulatory, legal, and social requirements for reward and performance management.

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin

Behavioural

  • Proactive self-starter who can quickly adapt and upskill to new project requirements and who can apply their knowledge and skills to countries across the globe.
