We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Transaction Processing Manager to join our Wealth Services Operations team. This role is based in Manchester.

The Vice President, Client Processing Manager plays a pivotal role within the Transaction Processing function, contributing to BNY's strategic pillars through effective management of client processing operations. This position is integral in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, aligning with BNY's principles of integrity, teamwork, and client focus. The role requires a deep understanding of transaction processes to ensure efficient and accurate execution, supporting the organization’s commitment to delivering high-quality client service and operational reliability.

BNY’s Wealth Services platform is a dynamic, next-generation ecosystem that leverages advanced data analytics, intuitive digital tools, and seamless third-party integrations to streamline operations and empower advisors to deliver personalized, world-class wealth experiences at unprecedented scale.

  • Lead and manage Asset Transfer operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement datadriven process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and resiliency.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to resolve complex client issues and strengthen endtoend controls.
  • Monitor and assess performance, aligning activities to strategic objectives and client expectations.
  • Drive strategic initiatives that optimize transaction processing frameworks and support business outcomes.
  • Build a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and professional growth across the team.
